Q: What is the minimum storage period?

A: One calender Month is the minimum payment period.

Q: What is the maximum storage period?

A: You can store your goods for as long as you need! There is no maximum period.

Q: Do I have to give notice to leave the storage facility?

A: We only require one weeks notice.

Q: Do I need insurance?

A: We can provide tailored insurance packages to suit your needs if required. (There is a small charge for this service).

Q: What can I store?

A: Almost anything excluding the following; foodstuff, hazardous materials, (flammable liquids, explosives, waste etc), live animals, illegal or stolen goods, drugs, firearms, counterfeit goods etc.

Q: What else do I need to pay?

A: There are no hidden charges. Rates, maintenance costs, utility bills, service charges etc are all included in the price. (Insurance is not included).

Q: How and when do I pay?

A: Payment is via direct debit or bank transfer. This is payable on the commencement date and then the same day every month thereafter. (For example if you hire on the 14th, payment is due on the 14th of each month).

Q: Do I require ID to hire a storage unit?

A: Yes. Photographic ID is required.

Q: Do you provide a collection & delivery service?

A: Yes. We can provide 1 or 2 men and a van to assist you. Please call us for a competitive quote.

Q: Can I deliver and collect my own belongings from the storage unit?

A: Yes, you can!
